About Us
Hello! I
am Laura
Federspiel, owner and groomer here at CLOUD K9. I
have been grooming dogs for four and a half
years, but owning, loving, and caring for them my entire life. For
me, pet ownership has been one of
life’s
greatest gifts.
My three dogs (Amos
(Miniature Schnauzer), Agatha (Jack Mix), Murray (Terrier Mix)) are my
best friends,
and bring me a unique sense of peace and joy.
I have committed myself to
providing them with the best care and
attention.
I believe that grooming and caring for dogs requires technical skill and behavioral understanding. In addition to formal grooming training, I have had the opportunity to learn on the job, from professionals in the worlds of dog breeding, training and grooming. These experiences allowed me to further my understanding of dogs, and develop my skills as a groomer.
However, our dogs are not only pets, but family members. Such a distinction requires pet care providers to connect with basic needs, as well as the deeper emotional and personal characteristics of each dog. Every dog has a different life story. Understanding this allows me to tailor services to your individual dog, and provide the best overall care.
